Cardboard Gingerbread Cat Playhouse Kit
NEW DESIGN! We made our best-selling product even better!
The Gingerloaf House is a cardboard cat playhouse in the style of Hansel and Gretel’s gingerbread house. This cat condo is for kitties that just love the holiday season and can't wait to get into the Christmas spirit. The cat playhouse kit comes with a cardboard gingerbread house, a large sheet of "candy" stickers to decorate it with, and a scratcher.
Assembled, the Gingerloaf House is approximately 19 1/4 inches tall and 15 1/4 inches wide and deep. The door is roughly 8.75 inches tall by 7.25 inches wide. The sticker sheet is huge - roughly 16.75 inches by 12 inches - and contains 134 individual stickers.
This newly designed gingerbread house is very easy to assemble and is super sturdy. It comes with both a scratcher and a smooth floor so your cat can decide which surface he or she likes best!
Our gingerbread cat playhouse is an eco-friendly product, made of recycled cardboard. Inks are water-based and designed to be used in human food packaging. Toners and adhesives are FDA approved for direct contact with human food. The boxes and inks are made in the USA.

“Rooowww…”
Mr. Whiskers was sitting on the living room floor staring at his cat bed, a sagging, blue-grey, padded fabric cube situated in the corner near my chenille loveseat. I turned and looked at him from the ladder where I was putting the finishing touches on our artificial Douglas Fir with handfuls of green and gold tinsel.
“What is it, Mr. Whiskers?” I asked, feigning concern.
“Reeeeeoooooowwwwwww…” he bawled, in one of his lower registers.
That’s when I saw it: His house stuck out like a sore thumb amidst the glitz and glimmer of the rest of the room’s holiday decor. I had really outdone myself this year, and while I consider myself meticulous, my attention to detail had somehow missed the slouching facade of the blue fabric cat bed wilting away in the room’s far nook.
“Well, it’s not like there are cat condos in the style of Christmas,” I said indignantly.
“Mowww,” Mr. Whiskers uttered with excitement.
“What do you mean there’s a Gingerbread-style cat house?” I bounded down from the ladder, tinsel falling to the floor, and opened my laptop on the coffee table to find the Gingerloaf cat house checkout page pulled up with the correct address filled out. Mr. Whiskers leapt onto the sectional and swatted at my purse.
“Merry Christmas, Mr. Whiskers,” I said.
